I certify that Terex products, parts, technology, or warranty-related services will not be sold, exported, re-exported, or otherwise transferred directly or indirectly:

• To Russia, Belarus, or the following regions of Ukraine: Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia;

• To Iran, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, or any other country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes under applicable laws without first obtaining written approval from Terex;

• To any person, organization, or company listed on an applicable sanctioned parties list without obtaining required licenses or other governmental approvals;

• For use in connection with weapons of mass destruction, weapons delivery systems, prohibited nuclear end uses, or military end use by parties or countries subject to arms embargoes.
